AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 314 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE, ENTITLED
"WATER SYSTEM:
The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains:
In Section 314-18 entitle d,"Water Rates" of Chapter
314 of the Hugo City Code, delete the following in
it's entirety:
"Next 15,000 gals.
per
quarter .......$.35
per
thousand"
"Next 30,000 gals.
per
quarter .......$.30
per
thousand"
"Excess of 90,000
gals
per quarter ....
$.25
per
thousand"
and change:
"Next 15,000 gals. per quarter .......$.40 per thousand"
to read:
"Excess of 30,000 gals. per quarter ... $.40 per thousand".
The official copies of the Hugo City Code shall be corr-
ected to reflect the within changes upon passage and pub-
lication of this Ordinance.
