AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 150 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE, ENTITLED,
"LIQUOR, BEER & WINES":
The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains:
In Section 150-3, Subd. A, entitled "On -Sale", delete
the following sentence:
"Not more than five (5)"On-Sale" licenses shall be
granted at any one time.",
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"Not more than six (6) "On -Sale" licenses
shall be granted at any one time."
The official copies of the Hugo City Code shall be
corrected to reflect the within changes upon passage and publication
of this Ordinance.
