AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE, ENTITLED,
"ZONING":
The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby ordains:
In Section 320-4, entitled "Use District Provisions and
Regulations", Subd. J, entitled "Regulations For the Retail Business
District (RB)", in subparagraph (3) entitled "Special Uses", add
"Motor Vehicle Sales".
The official copies of the Hugo City Code shall be
corrected to reflect the within changes upon passage and publication
of this Ordinance.
