AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE IiUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows; to -wit: That part of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 2#, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the NE.1/4 - NW 1/4 of Section 20; thence South along the east line of the NE 1/4 - NW 1/4, a distance of 364 feet; thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes West, a distance of 291.2 feet; thence South, parallel with the east line of the NE 1/4 - NW 1/4, a distance of 478 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South along said parallel line, a distance of 48.3 feet to a point distant 435.6 feet North of the south line of the NE 1/4 - NW 1/4 as mea- sured along the east line of NE 1/4 - NW 1/4; thence west parallel with the south line of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, a distance of 100 feet, thence South parallel with the east line of the WE 1/4 - NW 1/4, a distance of 138 feet to the point of intersection with a line drawn parallel with and distant 309.7 feet northerly of the south line of the NE 1/4 -NW 1/4 as measured along the easterly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway No. 61, thence west along said parallel line, a distance of 315 feet, more or less, to the easterly right-of-way line of Trunk Hingway No. 61; thence northeasterly along said highway right-of-way line, a distance of 215 feet, more or less to the point of intersection with a line that bears South 89 degrees 46 minutes West from the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes East along said line, a distance of 360.5 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.4 acres, more or less. Subject to an easement for a driveway, the south line of said easement is described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of the above- described tract; thence east, along the south line of said tract, a distance of 120 feet and there terminating. Width of said easement to be as presently used, or about 1 rod (16.5 feet), but necessarily limited by the proximity of an existing building. The Official Zoning Map on file in the office of the City Clerk shall be corrected to show the changes in zoning district boun- daries and the changes in the zoning district classification for the above described property, as set forth in this ordinance.
