ORDINANCE NO. 1974-120
An Ordinance adopting the Hugo Code and Providing for Repeal of
Inconsistant Ordinance of the Former Township of Oneka and
Former Village of Hugo.
The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby Ordains Adoption
Hugo Code.
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes
412.191 Subd. 5, the Hugo Code hereby adopted, and
an official copy is on file and available for public
inspection in the office of the City Clerk. Copies
of the Hugo Code are available for sale and distrib-
ution to the public in the Office of the City Clerk.
Section 2. Repeal of Ordinances of the Former Township of Oneka
and Former Village of Hugo. All Ordinances of the
former Township of Oneka and the Former Village of
Hugo that are inconsistant with the provisions of the
Hugo Code are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Effective Date this Ordinance shall be effective from
and after its adoption and publication.
Adopted and passed this 30th. day of December, 1974.

circulation currently paidorno more thanthree months inarrears, and has had entry as second-class matter in the Forest
Lake post office; has its known office of issue established in the V illage of Forest Lake and in the County of Washington; has
filed a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society; has fi led with the secretary of state prior to January I
ofeach year an affidavit signed by the publisher of managing officer and sworn to before a notary public staling that the
newspaper is a legal newspaper; and has compiled with all of the foregoing conditions for at least two years last past;
