TIME: 3:30 P.M.
PRESENT: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty
A special meeting in conjunction with the Board of Review, was held
at City Hall pertaining to the insurance of the City.
MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to award the Insurance
Contract to Aetna Insurance Company through the Beulke
Agency of White Bear Lake at a premium cost of $4725.00
plus the additional adjustment for the fire truck values.
VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty.
MOTION CARRIED
A preium fee for errors and omissions will be determined and submitted
to the City Council for approval of disapproval.
The cost from the three agencies are attached.
