SPECIAL MEETING
TIME: 7:11 P.M.
PRESENT: Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty.
ABSENT: Smith.
The special meeting was held to discuss the progress of the storm sewer
and cost.
Engineer Kuusisto related to date, the costs incurred on the storm sewer
and street improvement projects. Cost figures are in line with the bids
received. The additional costs representing the $18,000.00 change orders
to the project. Cost figures should all be in within two weeks.
A July 26, 1976 date was set for a special meeting to determine the
policy setting on the storm sewer with a Public Hearing date being set
for September 13, 1976 on the assessment.
Mayor Lease stated the assessment hearing for the 148th watermain project
should be heard by August 16, 1976.
Meeting adjourned at 8:21 .
