PRESENT: Lease, Leroux, Schletty, and LaValle
Lease left at 8:00 due to another commitment.
ABSENT: Smith
The board of Canvas reviewed the tally sheet of votes cast and accepted
as the judges presented them.
MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded, to certify the tally
sheets of the city election held November 2, 1976, as pre—
sented by the clerk.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, and Schletty
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Schletty made motion, Leroux seconded, that Marvin LaValle
is duly elected -Mayor for a two year term as of January 1 ,
1977.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, and Schletty
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded, that Deane Vail is
duly elected Councilman, Ward I, for a two year term as of
January 1 , 1977.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, and Schletty
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded, that Larry Irsfeld is
duly elected Councilman, Ward II, for a f ouryear term as of
January 1 , 1977.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, and Schletty
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Leroux made motion, Schletty seconded, that Dan Spitzer is
duly elected Councilman—at—Large, for a four year tern= as of
January 1 , 1977.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, and Schletty
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded, to approve the
Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor license to Stanley Lynn,
Withrow Junction, 12020 Keystone Avenue No. , Hugo.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Leroux, and Schletty
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded, to adjourn the
meeting at :00 P.M.
