The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Mayor LaValle
PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer and Vail
ABSENT: Irsfeld, and Schletty.
Business Agent, Larry Evans from the Minnesota Teamster Public & Law Enforcement
Employees Union Local 210 was present.
The articles of the Washington County contract was discussed.
The City Council will review area contracts and within the guidelines of the 1978 budget
will present a proposal to the union on December 28, 1977.
The City will set up another meeting to work on the proposal.
MOTION: Mayor LaValle made motion, Spitzer seconded to set a meeting on
December 28, 1977 at 5:30 P.M. at Hugo City Hall to discuss the
police proposal.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, and Vail.
MOTION CARRIED.
