The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. by Mayor LaValle
PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail, Irsfeld and Schletty and Attorney Johnson
ABSENT: NONE
The articles of the Washington County signed contract and the Bayport contract were
discussed.
Some additions and deletions were made but further discussion will be scheduled for a
later date.
MOTION: Mayor LaValle made motion, Spitzer seconded to adjourn meeting at
7:30 P.M.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail, Irsfeld, and Schletty.
MOTION CARRIED
