The meeting was called to order at 5:32 P.M. by Mayor LaValle. 7
PRESENT: LaValle, Vail, Spitzer and Irsfeld
ABSENT: Schletty
MOTION: Spitzer made motion, Irsfeld seconded to appoint LaValle
temporary secretary.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Vail, Spitzer and Irsfeld
MOTION CARRIED
Discussion on a police union contract were resumed. Contract paragraphs
18 through 27 were discussed. Attorney Johnson will compose the changes
and return to the council for review. Larry Irsfeld is to work out a
salary schedule.
MOTION: Spitzer made motion, Vail seconded to set a special meeting
on February 22, 1978 at 5:30 P.M. to further discuss con-
tract.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Vail, Spitzer and Irsfeld
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Spitzer seconded to accept clerks
financial statement.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Vail, Spitzer, and Irsfeld
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Spitzer made motion, Irsfeld seconded to adjourn meeting
at 9:07 P.M.
