The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Spitzer at 7:05 P.M.
PRESENT: Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, and Attorney Johnson
ABSENT: LaValle, Vail
The special meeting was called to further discuss the rural and urban
taxing district. Services performed in 1977 were the main issues. It
was recommended that the city clerk reconstruct some charts for the public
hearing on March 13, 1978.
Spitzer made motion, Schletty seconded to adjourn meeting at 7:40.
