The meeting was called to order at 5:40 P.M. by Mayor LaValle.
PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail and Irsfeld
Attorney Johnson and Larry Evans, Union Local 320
ABSENT: Schletty
Larry Evans presented recommendations as a counter proposal to the City
of Hugo Labor Agreement between the City and Law Enforcement Employee'e
Union, Local #320.
Language in some of the articles was resolved however another meeting was
scheduled for March 29, 1978 Wednesday at 7:00 P.M.
MOTION: Spitzer made motion, LaValle seconded to schedule
another meeting for March 29, 1978 at 7:00 P.M. at
Hugo City Hall.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail and Irsfeld
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: LaValle made motion, Spitzer seconded to schedule
another meeting with the Union Representative for
Monday April 10, at 5:30 P.M, at Hugo City Hall.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail and Irsfeld
MOTION CARRIED
Chief Barth will meet with Councilman Vail regarding shift scheduling.
Barth will also research the Federal Law Enforcement grants and report
back to council.
MOTION: LaValle, made motion, Spitzer seconded to adjourn meeting at
9:10 P.M.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail and Irsfeld
