The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 5 :38 P.M.
PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, Vail and Schletty
Attorney Johnson, L. Evans
MOTION: LaValle made motion, Irsfeld seconded to appoint
Spitzer acting secretary.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Vail, Irsfeld, Schletty, Spitzer
MOTION CARRIED
The new labor contract proposal was discussed. L. Evans will
contact Mayor LaValle for scheduling a future meeting.
MOTION: LaValle made motion, Irsfeld seconded, instructing
Attorney Johnson to draw up the most recent proposal
for review by council and union representative.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Vail Irsfeld, and Spitzer.
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Spitzer made motion, Irsfeld seconded to adjourn meeting
at 9:30 P.M.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Vail, Irsfeld and Spitzer
