He comes highly recommended from Washington County, and is presently certified. Mr. Langer is presently assessor for Scandia To%Am-.shi*p, MOTION*, Irsfled made motion, seconded bir Vail, that the City of Hugo hire N -,r. Langer as the city's assessor in 1979, and that Ed Leroux will assist him. Leroux stated that his in—laws are elderly and demand al of of attention. He would install a 'new septic system for use by the mobile home, and would connect the water from his present well. The land is zoned Agriculture.
