OF THE BOARD OF CANVASS
TIME: 7:05 P.M.
PRESENT: LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail and Spitzer
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. to canvass the votes
cast in the November 7, 1978 City Election. As attached.
MOTION: Spitzer made motion, Irsfeld seconded to accept the tally
sheets as presented.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, Schletty and Vail
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Spitzer made motion Irsfeld seconded declaring Marvin
LaValle as the duly elected Mayor for the City of Hugo
for a two year term as of January 1, 1979.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, Schletty and Vail
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Spitzer made motion Schletty seconded declaring Deane
Vail as the duly elected Councilman in Ward I for the City
of Hugo for a four year term as of January 1., 1979.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, Schletty and Vail
NOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Spitzer made motion Vail seconded declaring Howard Schletty
as the duly elected Councilman in Ward III for the City
of Hugo for a four year term as of January 1. 1979.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, Schletty and Vail.
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Spitzer made motion LaValle seconded to adjourn meeting
at 7:10 P.M.
VOTING FOR:, LaValle,jSpitzer, Irsfeld, Schletty and Vail.
