MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
OF March 7, 1979
The meeting started at 7:12 P.M. with the following people present:
CITY COUNCIL: LaValle and Spitzer
PLANNING COMMISSION: Greger (Gillen arrived at 7:28 P.M. )
ORDINANCE COMMITTEE: Peltier, Munthe, Barth, and Hanson
Charles Johnson was also in attendance.
The above mentioned committees were present to discuss the proposed Subdivision
Ordinance. The suggested changes have been made, as per the attached.
The Ordinance Committee will meeton March 21 to further discuss provision for
a subdivision development contract.
The above mentioned committees will again meet on April 18, 1979, at 7:00 P.M. ,
to further discuss the proposed ordinance.
The meeting adjourned at 11 :16 P.M.
