MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HUGO CITY
COUNCIL MEETING OF SPETEMBER 10, 1979
The meeting was called to order by acting Mayor Dan Spitzer at 7:18 P.M., to
discuss the Police Union negotiations and In surance.
PRESENT: Spitzer, Irsfeld and Vail and Insurance Representative, Mr. Paul Wiessner
ABSENT: LaValle and Schletty
Mr. Deane Vail was appointed acting Secretary.
Mr. Wiessner explained Insurance coverage regarding Hospitalization and
Long Term Disability. City Clerk is to notify John Jackson that he is to
contact Mr. Wiessner to have insurance converted, if he so wishes.
The Police Labor Contract was discussed.
A meeting was scheduled for September 18, 1979, at 7:00 P. M. , with
Mr. Larry Evans, Union Representative.
Motion was made by Larry Irsfeld to adjourn at 9:25 P.M. Dan Spitzer seconded
the motion.
