HUGO CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 18, 1979
The Meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:02 P.M.
to discuss the Police Contract.
PRESENT: LaValle, Vail, Irsfeld and Spitzer
ALSO : Larry Evans - Teamsters and Attorney Johnson
Schletty arrived at 7:04 P.M.
A proposed contract was submitted to the Union.
MOTION: Spitzer made motion, LaValle seconded to set a Special Meeting
for October 8, 1979 at 7:00 P.M. for discussion of a police
matter.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Vail, Schletty, Irsfeld and Spitzer
MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld to adjourn at 8:12 P.M.
