HUGO CITY COUNCIL ON NOVEMBER 12, 1979
The Special Meeting was called to order at 7:20 P.M.
PRESENT: Irsfeld, Schletty and Vail
Engineer Kuusisto
ABSENT: LaValle and Spitzer
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion Vail seconded to approve Resolution No. 1979-59,
A Resolution certifying Special Assessments for delinquent obligations
to the City of Hugo.
VOTING FOR: Irsfeld, Schletty and Vail
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion Schletty seconded -to accept bid form McLean
Construction for $12,771 .60 for the loop closure on County Road 8A,
with a change order for $639.60 for seeding and $747.00 Class 5
shoulder agrate for a total bid due of $11 , 385.00.
VOTING FOR: Irsfeld, Schletty and Vail
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion Schletty seconded to approve Resolution 1979-60
awarding the construction work for the Watermain Improvement Project
7906.
