The Special Meeting of the Hugo City Council was called to discuss all areas
of the Police Union Contract.
PRESENT: Howard Schletty and Larry Irsfeld
Attorney Charles Johnson was also present.
ABSENT: LaValle, Spitzer and Vail
No meeting was held for lack of a quorum.
