MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING OF February 11 , 1980
The Special Meeting was held to discuss the police contract,
at 7:31 P.M.
PRESENT: Acting Mayor Spitzer and Councilman Irsfeld
ABSENT: LaValle, Vail and Schletty
Representing the Union was Larry Evans who presented the
present proposal.
No action was taken due to the lack of a quorum.
Meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
