Page 63 <br /> MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> MEETING OF June 2, 1980 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at <br /> 7:06 PM. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Schletty, Vail <br /> ABSENT: Spitzer and Irsfeld <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the <br /> minutes of May 19, 1980, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the <br /> Utility Claims for June 2, 1980, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Dan Hicks -- Not present <br /> 5.2 Greg Stankey - Renewal of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to renew the <br /> Mobile Home Permit for Greg Stankey, 17385 Forest Blvd. , <br /> under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision B, for a period <br /> of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> James Leroux - Renewal of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by LaValle, to renew the <br /> Mobile Home Permit for James Leroux, 4360 165th Street, <br /> under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D, for a period <br /> of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Stanley Lynn - Liquor License <br /> Mr. Lynn's 90 day extension in which to obtain his Building Permit will <br /> expire June 3, 1980. The city has received no correspondence from Mr. <br /> Lynn regarding the status of his plans. Mrs. Hill (Nelson) was present, <br /> and stated that she has purchased Mr. Lynn's property and has a contract <br /> for deed dated May 1 , 1980. <br />
