MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
December 9, 1980
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 PM by Councilman Schletty.
PRESENT: Schletty and Vail
ABSENT: LaVal le, Spitzer, Irsf e ld
ALSO PRESENT: Theodora Peltier, Attorney Johnson, Engineer Kuusisto

Motion made to adjourn meeting due to lack of quorum at 7:40 PM.
