MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
January 22, 1981
The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:10 PM.
PRESENT (City Council) : LaValle, Schletty, Irsfeld
PRESENT (Planning Commission) : Peltier, Lorch, Peloquin, Greger, Knuteson
Discussion of Comprehensive Plan starting on Page 58.
Discussed Mr. Lockyear's comments on the first 57 pages.
Motion made by Irsfeld, seconded by Schletty, to adjourn at 11 :00 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
