MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
February 9, 1981
The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:00 PM.
PRESENT: LaValle, Vail, McAllister
Planning Commission: Peltier, Greger, Peloquin, Fashingbauer
Also - Attorney Johnson and Engineer Kuusisto
Approved TAZ map, Important Farmland Map, Comprehensive Plan Stage Sewer Map,
Soils Suitability Map, and a corrected copy of the Transportation Plan Map,
Land Use Map, Housing Inventory Map. These maps will be included in the Com-
prehensive Plan.
MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, that the map entitled, COM-
PREHENSIVE MUNICIPAL PLAN not be approved and no official copies will
be retained.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Vail, McAllister
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, that the map entitled HUGO,
MINNESOTA CENTRAL AREA not be approved and no official copies will
be retained.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Vail, McAllister
MOTION CARRIED
The following maps will be kept for reference but will not be included in the Plan:
1 . Washington County topography map, December, 1978.
2. Washington County soils map, December, 1978.
Received a preliminary draft of Capital Improvements Plan. Council and Planning
Commission will review at next Special Meeting.
MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, we accept and direct the City
Clerk to utilize the draft letters submitted by the City Attorney per-
taining to violations of the nuisance ordinance.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, Vail, McAllister
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Vail, to adjourn at 10:30 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
