OF THE
HUGO CITY COUNCIL
July 6, 1981
The meeting was not called to order because of lack of a quorem.
PRESENT: LaValle and McAllister
ABSENT: Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail
There was informal discussion regarding the following:
Mr. Bruce Myhre appeared before the Council and there was discussion regarding
the body work and painting being done in his pole barn. Mr. Myhre stated that
he would install a filtering system to alleviate the paint odors, but it was
determined that this could not be condoned because it would intensify a use
that is not allowed in that zone (RRII). Mr. Myhre was informed of the legal
action that could be taken against him if he continued the painting operation.
Grace Jackson and Ken Tschida were present to discuss the Utility Easement as
drawn up by Attorney Johnson for Project 8102 in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park.
Mr. Johnson will draft a new easement with. the recommended changes, and have
ready for Grace Development's signatures.
Vern Peloquin was present to discuss the status of his plot for the Peloquin
Industrial Park. Peloquin stated that he will submit a letter to theJCouncil
requesting that they reconsider his plat, because of the six month deadline.
A special meeting of the City Council will be set for July 9, 1981 .
A tentative meeting for preliminary discussion of a staged Development Contract
in the Peloquin Industrial Park has been set for July 14, 1981, 9:00 AM, at
Hugo City Hall.
