MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
October 7, 1981
The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaVAlle at 5:37 P.M.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was to adopt the assessment roll
and assess the percentage rate on the improvements project 8102
in the BAld Eagle Industrial Park, 130th. Street.
PRESENT: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail
Mayor LaVAlle discussed parcel 97-93080-2350 stating that this
parcel was assessed the sewer service and sewer stub charge}.only,
this parcel was not involved in the overall project.
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion McAllister seconded adopting Resoltuion 1981-25
A Resolution adopting assessments for Project 8102 in the BAld
Ege Industrial Park, a copy of the proposed assessment is attached.
VOTING FOR: LaVAlle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded directing that the
$3,924.70 for the sewer service and stub charge on% parcel
97-93080-2350 by paid by the City of Hgo sewer revenue fund.
VOTING FOR: LaVAlle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded directing that a
development agreement be drafted for parcel 93080-2350 that
when this property hooks up to the sanitary sewer, that the
fee of $3,924.70 be assessed and deposited in the sanitary
sewer revenue fund, when the assessment is paid.
VOTING FOR: LaVAlle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail
MOTION CARRIED
Mayor LaVAlle stated he would draw up the development agreement.
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded to adjourn meeting at
6:23.
VOTING FOR: LaVAlle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail
