MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL
March 30, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:02 PM.
PRESENT: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail
The special meeting was called to deal with the letter of resignation submitted
by Carol,:iWilliams, Clerk/Treasurer, for the City of Hugo.
MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to accept the resignation of
Carol A. Williams, Clerk/Treasurer, effective April 9, 1982.
LaValle withdrew his motion.
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to adopt RESOLUTION 1982-2,
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF THE CLERK-TREASURER FOR THE
CITY OF HUGO, CAROL A. WILLIAMS, EFFECTIVE APRIL 9, 1982.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the City Clerk be com-
pensated for the extra week's vacation.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail
MOTION CARRIED
MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to adjourn at 8:00 PM.
All aye. Motion Carried.
