Motion Carried. <br /> NOTION: Vail made motion, Schletty seconded, to approve the minutes of the <br /> Special Meeting of the City Counc i l (Board of Canvas) on November 4, 1982, <br /> as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made mot ion, Schletty seconded, to approve the General Claims for <br /> November 15, 1982, as subm i.tted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded, to approve the Utility Claims for <br /> November 15, 1982, as submitted. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS,.COM4UNICATIONS AND LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Donald Rieck - Temporary Mobile Home Permit <br /> Mt. Rieck would like to obtain a temporary permit to reside at the location of his <br /> residence at 12718 Irish Avenue. A working set of plans will be submitted to the <br /> Building Inspector in the Spring of 1983. However, prior to issuance of the tem- <br /> porary <br /> porary permit, Mr. Rieck is to obtain the following permits: septic system, well, <br /> and driveway. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded, to approve the temporary Mobile <br /> Home Permit for Donald Rieck, 12 718 Irish Avenue, subject to Mr. Rieck <br /> obtaining septic, well, and driveway permits. A valid building permit shall <br /> be obtained no later than June 1 , 1983. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> Ron .Istvanovich - Purchases for Fire Department <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, Vail seconded, that the Fire Chief be authorized to <br /> purchase a hose cover for #3 truck, for approximately $250.00 and 10 gallons <br /> of foam for approximately $170.00. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
