SECURITY WORKSHOP
MONDAY,OCTOBER 26,2015
HUGO CITY HALL
Call to Order
Mayor Weidt called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Klein,Miron,Petryk,Weidt
ABSENT: Haas
ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear,and City Clerk Michele Lindau
The Council met this evening to discuss the security measures at Hugo City Hall and
other municipal buildings in Hugo. State Statute 13D.05 Subd.3 (d)allows for meetings
of the Council to be closed to discuss issues related to security.
Haas made motion,Klein seconded,to enter into executive session.
At 7:35 p.m., Council returned to regular session. Mayor Weidt provided direction to
staff to provide training to City staff,including the Public Works Department and Fire
Department,and report back to Council on their comments and suggestions regarding
security.
Klein made motion,Miron seconded to adjourn at 7:36 p.m.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
