Klein called the meeting to order at 9:08 am.
PRESENT: Arcand, Bever, Granger, Klein, and Puleo
ABSENT: Denaway, Miron
STAFF: Bryan Bear, City Administrator

Liz Hanson, Community Development Intern
APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE EDA MEETING OF OCTOBER 8, 2012
Arcand made motion, Granger seconded, to approve minutes for the EDA meeting of
October 8, 2012
All ayes. Motion carried.
DISCUSSION OF 2012 EDA GOALS
Staff and the EDA went over the 2012 EDA goals to discuss the accomplishments this
year. Staff would like to conduct goal setting for 2013 at the December 2012 meeting.
CITY UPDATES
Staff updated the EDA on economic development related items going on in the City.
Some of the items included the Hugo REALTOR Forum, properties being auctioned, and
development's being built.
ADJOURNMENT
Bever made a motion, seconded by Arcand, to adjourn at 10:10 am.
All ayes. Motion carried.
