A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO 129TH STREET
NORTH,WEST OF ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH,AS PART OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES ROAD PROJECT
WHEREAS,the City of Lino Lakes' 2015 pavement project included full depth
reclamation of Bald Eagle Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS,Bald Eagle Boulevard becomes 129th Street North in the City of Hugo,330
feet to the west of Elmcrest Avenue; and,
WHEREAS,the City of Lino Lakes' project extended 330 feet into the City of Hugo,
paving that portion of 129th Street North; and,
WHEREAS, 129th Street to the east of Elmcrest Avenue was paved several years ago,
leaving 129th to the west of Elmcrest Avenue in poor condition; and,
WHEREAS, the cost of the City's portion of the improvements is$14,971.20
WHEREAS, the engineering costs and mobilization costs were paid for by the City of
Lino Lakes as part of their pavement project; and,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO,MINNESOTA: that though the paving was not authorized by the City of
Hugo or the City of Lino Lakes,it should and hereby does approve payment of$14,974.10 for
the 129th Street improvements,west of Elmcrest Avenue North.
Adopted and passed this 7th day of December,2015 by order of the Hugo City Council.
