Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting
June 8, 2005

Present: Parks Commission: Kitty Cheesebrow, Roger Clarke, Charles Kirk, Dan Gabrielli and
Jennifer May.
Planning Commission: Kelly Bailly.
Staff. Chris Petree, Public Works Director.
Absent: Pete Pedersen, Steven Lacher and Kelly Bailly.
I. Approve Minutes From May 11, 2005 Meeting
Clarke made a motion, Gabrielli seconded to approve the minutes from the May 11, 2005
Parks Commission meeting.
All Aye. Motion Carried.
II. Update on Frog Hollow Park
Public Works Director Chris Petree provided an update on Frog Hollow Park and a brief
Power Point presentation on its status. The concrete edging and slabs have been poured.
The park equipment is scheduled to be installed the week of June 13, 2005.
III. Update on Beaver Ponds Park
Public Works Director Chris Petree provided an update on Beaver Ponds Park and a brief
Power Point presentation on its status. The landscaping has been completed and the timber
edging has been replaced with concrete edging.
IV. Update on Water Tower #2 Park
Public Works Director Chris Petree provided an update on Water Tower #2 and a brief Power
Point presentation on its status. The slab and sidewalk has been poured and picnic tables
and a garbage receptacle will be installed this month.
