HUGO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
April 8, 2004
Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Brunotte, Schumann
ABSENT: Puleo
ALSO PRESENT: Michele Lindau, Secretary
Minutes March 11, 2004
Schumann made motion, Brunotte seconded, to recommend approval of the minutes
of March 11, 2004 as submitted.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Mireault Variances for Accessory Building
The Board considered the application of Richard Mireault for a variance to
construct a 672 square foot accessory building where 260 square feet is the
maximum allowed by ordinance, and a variance to construct it 10 feet from the
property line where ordinance requires a 25 foot setback. The property is located
at 14880 Francesca Avenue North
Other than the applicant, there was no one present at the meeting who wished to
speak on the request.
The Board found the request met the intent of the ordinance.
Brunotte made motion, Schumann seconded, to recommend approval of the
request for a 672 square foot accessory building.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Schumann made motion, Brunotte seconded, to recommend approval of the
variance to locate the building 10 feet from the rear property line.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
