HUGO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
FEBRUARY 12, 2004
Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
PRESENT: Puleo, Schumann
ABSENT: Brunotte
ALSO PRESENT: John Rask, Community Development Director
Michele Lindau, Secretary
Minutes December 11, 2003
Puleo made motion, Schumann seconded, to approve the minutes of December
11, 2003 as submitted.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Brilla variances for Accessory Building
The Board considered the application of Richard & Jacqueline Brilla, 8665 132nd
St. N. to construct a 1,890 square foot accessory building closer to the road than
the principal structure, and have an exterior finish that does not match the siding
type of the principal structure. The property is 10 acres in size and located on the
southwest corner of 132nd Street North and Isleton Avenue North.
Kelly Oneil, 8575 132nd Street North, had questions about the proposed location
and whether it would be possible to locate it elsewhere. The applicant was not
present to answer any questions.
Puleo made motion, Schumann seconded, to table the request until the meeting of
March 11, 2004.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
