The Board considered the application at the February 12 meeting and tabled it. The neighbor to the east of the Brilla property had questioned whether the building could be located elsewhere on the property. The applicant was not present at that time to answer questions. The applicant was present this meeting while the neighbor was not. The Board reviewed the survey and found the location of the building would not obstruct the view from the neighbor's home.
