HUGO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
MAY 26, 2005
Chairperson Schumann called the meeting to order at 6:35.
PRESENT: Brunotte, Schumann, (Puleo arrived after roll call)
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: Bryan Bear, Community Development Director (CDD)
Michele Lindau, Community Development Assistant
Minutes May 12, 2005
Brunotte made motion, Schumann seconded, to recommend approval of the minutes of May 12, 2005
as submitted.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
Variance for Tom and Donna Wrisky for Accessory Building
The Board considered the application of Tom and Donna Wrisky, 12015 Isleton Avenue North,
for a variance to construct a 672 square foot accessory building to be located closer to the road
than the principal structure, and located 15 feet from the side property line where a 20 foot
setback is required by ordinance. The property is 4.81 acres in size and located on the southeast
corner of Isleton Avenue North and 121St Street North.
Schumann opened the public hearing. There were no comments and Schumann closed the public
hearing.
Puleo made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the variances to construct a 672 square foot
accessory building closer to the road than the principal structure and 15 feet from the side property
line for property located at 12015 Isleton Avenue North.
All Ayes. Motion carried.
