APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR CHRIS COX AND
DARLENE ANDERSON FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 12579 ETHAN
AVENUE NORTH AND 4669126TH STEET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Deborah Wallace that requests approval of a
property line adjustment for properties located 8863 180th Street North.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Deborah Wallace.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 21st day of December,2015
