CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WAS HINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF INNER TA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-015 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATED FUNDS FROM THE LAKE ELMO <br />JAYCEES <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statues Section 465.03 provides that donations to the City <br />be accepted by resolution of the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Jaycees have proposed contributing $15,000 to the <br />City of Lake Elmo; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo agrees that said <br />contribution would be of benefit to the citizens of Lake Elmo; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept said donation of <br />$12,700 from the Lake Elmo Jaycees on behalf of the citizens of Lake Elmo. <br />APPROVED by the Lake Elmo City Council on this 5th day of March, 2019. <br />By: <br />Mike Pearson <br />Mayor <br />
