E. E. G. of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and,, WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions set forth above; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot at___.10824 Uuda_Qn B is hereby granted to Leonard Hanson from January 1, 1.98 3 through December 31, 198 3 subject to the following conditions: 1. There shall be no permanent structures built in'support of this use. 2. The display area for all eauipment including the presently permitted horse -trailers shall not exceed and area of 1501, by 3001 (east -west) in the SE, area of the property 3. All other storage of equipine.nt.shall be either inside a building or screened from Hwy. 12 and neighboring properties as provided by the zon'iig Ordinance.
