(7) of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to <br />operate a veterinary clinic, anim.al Lospialperematory & d2 ourjd <br />in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WHEREAS, Sections 1400 <br />of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth 'the conditions under <br />vAi.ich said permit may be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional.
