This co-location involves renovating <br />and expanding the City-owned Brookfield office building to concentrate civic resources into a single <br />structure at the historic core of the city. In addition, the Public Works facility will also be expanded to accomodate City growth and expanded service needs. The new co-located facility will replace Lake <br />Elmo City Hall (built in 1986), the Brookfield office building, and Fire Station #1 and 2. Project updates <br />are communicated through www.lakeelmo.org and the weekly FRESH E-Newsletter. <br />An open house to introduce the project will be held Wednesday, May 12th from 5-7PM at City Hall and Fire Station #1
