Work efforts are complete with final contractual closeout <br />items left to be addressed prior to project acceptance. <br /> <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: Should the City Council approve Change Order No. 3 for the Hudson <br />Boulevard Improvements – Segment A? <br /> <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: Dresel Contracting, Inc. has submitted Change Order No. 3 in the <br />amount of $15,491.90 for items found during construction but not included in the original contract <br />documents. The itemization is included in the attachment. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: This change order will increase the contract amount by $15,491.90 bringing the <br />revised construction contract to $2,131,098.08. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending that the City Council approve, as a part of the Consent <br />Agenda, Change Order No. 3 for the Hudson Boulevard Improvements Project. If removed from the consent <br />agenda, the recommended motion for the action is as follows: <br /> <br />Motion to approve Change Order No. 3 for the Hudson Boulevard Improvements Project, thereby <br />increasing the contract amount by $15,491.90. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
