This is a great opportunity to serve our community of <br />Lake Elmo. <br /> <br />Our fire department is staffed with a combination of career and paid- <br />on-call firefighters. Paid-on-call firefighters play a vital role in <br />emergency response by working as part of our Duty Crew program, <br />which includes incident call-backs, training, and community events. <br />Our Duty Crew program involves shifts where we staff the station <br />with a paid-on-call firefighter to work alongside our career staff.
