The property was originally used as a Rasmussen College <br />technical school site until 2024/2025. The applicant is proposing to leave the site in generally the <br />same condition with minor exterior modifications in the parking lot to add two playground areas. <br />Interior modifications to the existing 20,452 square foot building will be needed to accommodate <br />the daycare use and current fire/building codes. The Daycare will hold approximately 220 <br />children with upwards of 30 employees. The building footprint will not change.
