Work is substantially complete with <br />punchlist items being addressed by the contractor. <br /> <br />ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL: Should the City Council approve Pay Request No. 7 for the Stillwater <br />Boulevard (CSAH 14) Trunk Watermain Improvements project? <br /> <br />PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: A-1 Excavating has submitted Partial Pay Request No. 7 in the <br />amount of $16,074.47. The request has been reviewed and payment is recommended in the amount <br />requested. In accordance with the contract documents, the City has retained 5% of the total work completed. <br />The amount retained as of this pay request is $117,158.08. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: None. Partial Payment is proposed in accordance with the Contract for the project. <br />Payment remains within the authorized scope and budget. The Project is being funded through a 3M <br />Settlement Grant. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending that the City Council approve, as a part of the Consent <br />Agenda, Pay Request No. 7 for the Stillwater Boulevard (CSAH 14) Trunk Watermain Improvements <br />project. If removed from the consent agenda, the recommended motion for the action is as follows: <br /> <br />Motion to approve Pay Request No. 7 in the amount of $16,074.47 to A-1 Excavating for the Stillwater <br />Boulevard (CSAH 14) Trunk Watermain Improvements Project. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
