RESOLUTION 92 -10 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF FOX FIRE MANOR <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo..has <br />previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of <br />Fox Fire Manor; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed a <br />final plat for Fox Fire Manor at its June 24, 1991 meeting; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat of Fox Fire Manor presented to <br />the City conforms to the City's subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo does hereby approve and accept the <br />final plat of Fox Fire Manor as the same as on file with the <br />City Administrator, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The developer and the City shall execute a <br />developer's agreement and developer shall <br />deposit such security with the City in the <br />amount as determined by the City Engineer, <br />and in a form as approved by the City Attorney. <br />2. The developer shall pay to the City of Lake Elmo <br />Park Dedication fees in the amount of $11,500. <br />3. The developer shall provide a current title binder <br />for Fox Fire Manor and Rolling Hills to the City <br />Attorney for review and approval. <br />4. The developer shall provide a legal description for <br />the outlet road from Fox Fire Manor to Keats <br />Avenue to the City Attorney so an easement can <br />be prepared, and said easement should be signed <br />by all record owners or parties who have a <br />mortgagee's interest. <br />5. The developer will revise the plans and <br />specifications for the road improvements in order <br />to comply with the City's new road construction <br />standard. <br />6. Developer will comply with all requirements set <br />forth in Valley Branch Watershed Permit. <br />
