RESOLUTION NO. 93 -13 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF JAMACA AVENUE BETWEEN TH5 AND <br />LAKE JANE TRAIL, AND LAKE JANE TRAIL BETWEEN <br />JAMACA AVENUE AND JANE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the city council <br />adopted February 2, 1993, a report has been prepared by <br />Larry Bohrer, the City Engineer, with reference to the <br />improvement of Jamaca Avenue between TH5 and Lake Jane <br />Trail, and Lake Jane Trail between Jamaca Avenue and Jane <br />Road, and this report was received by the Council on March <br />30, 1993. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />street in accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $770,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing has been ordered on such proposed <br />improvement on the 6th day of April, 1993 in the council <br />chambers of the city hall at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall <br />give mailed and published notice of such hearing improvement <br />as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 30th day of March, 1993. <br />Wyn John, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary Kueffner, City Administrator <br />
