City of Lake Elmo Washington County, Minnesota Resolution 94-10 A Resolution Granting a Minor Subdivision to George and Kathleen Dege and Jay and Mary Raleigh WHEREAS, George and Kathleen Dege and Jay and Mary Raleigh made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a minor subdivision pursuant to Section 401.042 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code of the following described parcel of land. The South Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2 of N112 of SW1/4) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 of SE1/4 of SW1/4) all in Section two (2), in Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom the South One Hundred Fifty-two (152.00) feet of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (WI/2 of SEI/4 of SWI/4) and excepting therefrom all that part of the said West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 of SE1/4 of SWI/4) which lies easterly of the following described line- Commencing at the Northeast corner of said South One Hundred Fifty-two (152.00) feet of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest quarter (W114 of SE 1/4 of SWI/4); thence westerly, along the north line of said south One Hundred Fifty-two (152.00) feet, a distance of Twenty-three and Seventy Hundreths (23.70) feet to the point of beginning of said line to be described; thence northerly a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Sixty-four and Six Hundredths (1164.06) feet, more or less, to the northeast corner of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W1/4 of SEI/4 of SW1/4) and said described line there terminating. WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered the request for a minor subdivision on January 24, 1994; and WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council reviewed the recommendations of the Planning Commission, reviewed staff reports and heard all those who wished to address the issue of a minor subdivision at the Council Meeting held on the 3rd day of April 1994, and has determined that the application for a minor subdivision is in compliance with the regulations of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a minor subdivision is hereby granted and said minor subdivision shall result in the following described parcels: The North 388.80 feet of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 2, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota. Subject to easements, if any, and subject to Keats Avenue North.
